How it works

Transparency and consent

Four promises that never change

These are rules, not good intentions: they apply to every request, small or large.

  • Transparency

Prices, TRAME's fee and conditions are shown before every confirmation.

  • Consent

No booking, change, cancellation or charge without your explicit approval.

  • Reliability

Availability is never presented as confirmed unless it has been.

  • A real person

If Butler can't complete something with certainty, it hands TRAME a complete request.

Our idea of hospitality

TRAME brings the personal attention of high-end hospitality within reach, even on an ordinary stay.

Butler does not replace human hospitality: it frees people from repetitive searching, so they can step in where a human relationship makes the difference.
